Rules

ARTICLE 1

These rules govern the terms and conditions of participation in the summer football schools called “Summer Camp Cagliari Calcio 2026” organized by the Società Sportiva Dilettantistica Sardinia Sport Event S.r.l. (hereinafter Organizer), on behalf of Cagliari Calcio Spa, which will
take place in the locations, on the dates and according to the methods indicated in the attached programs (attachments for registered participants).


ARTICLE 2 - ACTIVITIES

During the Summer Camp Cagliari Calcio 2026, recreational and educational activities, introductory and advanced football courses will be organized for young participants aged between 5 and 17 years old, expressly authorized by the individuals exercising parental authority over them.

ARTICLE 3 - APPOINTMENTS, ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES


Participants in the Summer Camp Cagliari Calcio 2026 must arrive punctually at the place and time indicated in the programs. Training sessions, games, and all forms of physical activity will take place at the sports facilities indicated in the programs, equipped with the necessary services. Please note that for organizational reasons, parents/relatives will not be allowed access to the facilities or sports grounds where the camps will take place.

ARTICLE 4 - PARTICIPATION FEE

The participation fee, indicated in the programs, will entitle young participants to enjoy exclusively the services and benefits described therein, except for any additional services and/or ancillary services expressly requested by the young participant at the time of registration and expressly agreed to by the Organizer.
A processing fee will be applied to the participation fee for each registration, amounting to €:
- 5.00 for amounts less than €150

Extra expenses of a personal nature are not included in the participation fee.

ARTICLE 5 - REGISTRATION

5.1 Registration for Summer Camp Cagliari Calcio 2026 must be done exclusively through the website https://sardiniasportevent.it/ and its related e-commerce by filling out the product form present in the aforementioned e-commerce. The product form must be completed in all its parts and signed by the person exercising parental authority over the young participant. All documentation expressly requested therein must be attached to the registration form, and payment of the participation fee, including the processing fee, must be made in a single installment. At the end of the purchase procedure, you must wait for a specific communication of order completion to consider the procedure correctly concluded. In case of problems during the registration process, please contact the Secretariat at the email address [email protected] , specifying the problem encountered
5.2 Failure to comply with the above will prevent the completion of the registration for Summer Camp Cagliari Calcio 2026. No responsibility and/or charge in this regard can be attributed to the Organizer.

ARTICLE 6 - DATES OF EXECUTION

6.1 Summer camp Cagliari Calcio 2026 will take place on the dates indicated in the programs.
The Organizer, however, reserves the right to modify or cancel the events in case of failure to reach the minimum number of participants required, or in case of force majeure. In such an event, young participants will only be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid, and any other compensation of any kind and type is expressly excluded. The Organizer must communicate, with at least 7 days' notice before the start dates of the individual periods of Summer Camp Cagliari Calcio 2026, any modification or cancellation of the event dates.
6.2 If the young participant wishes to request a change of the chosen session(s) for Summer Camp Cagliari Calcio 2026, they will be required to make a written request to be sent to the Organizer via email to [email protected] with no less than 7 (seven) days' notice before the start date of the chosen period. The Organizer will do its best to satisfy this request, subject to availability and without this request in any way determining a right to variation.

ARTICLE 7 - BEHAVIORAL NORMS

7.1 During the Cagliari Calcio Summer Camp 2025, the young participant must base their conduct on respect for team values and, more generally, team spirit, seeking to promote cohesion among participants, as well as facilitate the integration of other young participants in the game and/or training groups. The young participant must observe rules and principles of normal prudence and diligence. They must also adhere to (and respect) the behavioral rules provided by the Organizer.
7.2 Among these, in particular:

  • The prohibition of discriminatory behavior or conduct that involves offense, denigration and/or insult based on race, color, religion, language, sex, nationality, territorial or ethnic origin towards other young participants and/or towards the organizer and its staff;
  • The prohibition of behavior or conduct that constitutes ideological propaganda prohibited by law or in any case glorifying discriminatory behavior;
  • The prohibition of smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, spirits, and psychotropic and narcotic substances;
  • The prohibition of taking medications without a medical prescription and without having previously communicated the intake to the organizer;
  • The prohibition of taking homeopathic products, herbal remedies, galenic preparations, and dietary supplements, without a medical prescription and without having communicated the intake to the Organizer.

7.3 The person exercising parental authority will be held responsible for any damages resulting (directly and/or indirectly) from incorrect and/or illegal behavior by the young participant during the Cagliari Calcio Summer Camp 2026. To this end, the person exercising parental authority expressly exempts and indemnifies, from now on, the organizer from any and all responsibility regarding the non-observance of the aforementioned obligations, duties, and rules by the young participant.
7.4 In any case, the Organizer will have the right to suspend from the Cagliari Calcio Summer Camp 2026, without any right to refund of the participation fee, the young person who violates the disciplinary and behavioral rules mentioned above, as well as any additional rules dictated by the Organizer during the Summer Camp Cagliari Calcio 2026. In this case, the person exercising parental authority must arrange, at their own expense and responsibility, for the excluded young participant to return home.
7.5 In the event that the athlete manifests behavioral issues, not previously reported by the parent, and the young person requires special assistance from the staff, the Organizer will have the right to suspend the athlete from the Cagliari Calcio Summer Camp 2026. In this case, the person exercising parental authority must arrange, at their own expense and responsibility, for the excluded young participant to return home.

ARTICLE 8 - INSURANCE

The participation fee for the Cagliari Calcio Summer Camp 2026 includes an accident insurance policy, which exclusively covers the actual stay of the young participant at the Cagliari Calcio Summer Camp 2026, excluding any other item not included in the period of the chosen Summer Camp.

ARTICLE 9 - WITHDRAWAL

The young participant may withdraw from the Cagliari Calcio Summer Camp 2026 before the start of the same, by written communication to be sent via email to the address [email protected].

  • If the withdrawal communication is received 15 (fifteen) days before the start of the chosen Summer Camp, the athlete will be entitled to a refund of 30% of the “entire fee as management expenses incurred by the Organizer.
  • Beyond this deadline, the Organizer will not refund any amount.

ARTICLE 10 - DISPUTES

10.1 This regulation is governed by Italian law
10.2 Any dispute regarding the interpretation, execution, or termination of this regulation or any activity related to the Cagliari Calcio Summer Camp 2026 shall be exclusively referred to the Court of Cagliari.

ARTICLE 11 - GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW

11.1 Any error in size choice and the consequent request for material will be charged;
11.2 Athletes should be encouraged by parents to avoid any unnecessary waste of water;
11.3 Parents must notify the secretariat in advance if the athlete has allergies and if they are given any medications;
11.4 Parents are required to read and explain the rules of being a good athlete to remove any doubts;
11.5 For any valid need, parents can contact the office number during the camp;
11.6 In the day camp format, it is strictly forbidden to bring any kind of phone;
11.7 Parents are required to communicate any absences or delays, both for arrival and departure, to the office in advance.
